Welcome to Apni Mitti. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern the use of our website and services. By accessing   our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.   Please review them carefully before using our Services.

Orders and Payments

All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and availability. Once you complete the payment, we will begin processing   your order. Payment details provided during checkout must be accurate to ensure successful transaction and delivery.

 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan through our courier   partner, Trax. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 199 for shipping, while orders above Rs. 10,000 qualify for free delivery. Shipping delays may   occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen factors. Customers will be provided with a tracking code once the order   is dispatched.

 Cancellations and Changes

Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before placing it. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us   at [email protected] or +92 331 7222288 as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible,   and our Return Policy will apply.

Returns and Replacements

Apni Mitti offers a 3-day return and exchange window. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied   by proof of purchase. Returns requested without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping   costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with clear photos and a short video as evidence. Minor   marks, color variations, or surface irregularities are natural characteristics of handmade clay products and are not considered defects.   Customized or made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacements are provided free of charge in cases of valid damage claims. Refunds are only offered if the ordered product is   unavailable or out of stock.

Privacy and Data Use

Apni Mitti collects and processes personal information such as name, contact details, order information, and browsing activity to   provide  services, process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and handle customer support. We may also use your information   for marketing and promotional purposes.

Your data may be shared with trusted third parties such as courier companies, payment processors, and service providers as required   to complete your orders and improve our services. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Responsibility

Apni Mitti ensures that all orders are processed with care. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services,   transit issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Handmade clay products naturally contain minor variations that do not affect   usability and are not covered under damage claims.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. Updated   versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
