Returns

We do not accept returns once a parcel has been received and opened by the customer. Clay products are delicate and are highly likely to break during return shipping.

Replacements

We do offer free replacements in the following situations:

  • Product received in broken condition
  • Internal cracks, chipped areas, or major structural defects noticed upon opening

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Minor marks, color variations, or natural imperfections
  • Slight decoloration or clay texture differences (these are normal in handmade products)
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be processed only in specific cases where:

  • The product is completely unavailable
  • You’ve opted not to wait for a restock or replacement

Refund Timeframe: Up to 30 working days after approval.

How to Request a Replacement:

  • 30-second video and clear pictures of the damaged product
  • Your full name
  • Complete address with city
  • Contact number

Note:

  • Replacements are usually dispatched within 14 days of complaint verification.
  • For pots/woks, only the main body (without handle or lid) will be replaced.
  • You do not need to return the defective product — you may keep it.
Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  1. Double-check your bank account or mobile wallet
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (refunds may take time to appear)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Missing Items in Order

If you received an incomplete order despite full payment:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp
  • If the product is sold out, we’ll either:
    • Ask you to wait up to 15–30 days for restocking
    • Or issue a refund upon request (processed within 30 days)

Note: If returning an item worth over Rs.10,000, use a trackable service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
